The Challenge Faced by Robins Air Force |

| Robins Air Force Base has a large number of contractors who provide services within the base itself. For every such service, the contractors issue a purchase order, which needs to be reviewed and approved by an appropriate department. This process involved a lot of time and efforts. Considering the volume of such quotes and approvals required, Robins Air Force decided to shift the whole procedure to an electronic format. Additionally, their requirement included association of handwritten signatures with the digital signatures. |
