Sify subsidiary SafeScrypt partners with E-Lock to deliver ‘Digital Signature Solutions’ to the Indian subcontinent.

Chennai, India, March 7, 2005: SafeScrypt Ltd (a subsidiary of Sify Limited, Nasdaq National Markets: SIFY), India’s First Licensed Certifying Authority today announced a partnership with Frontier Technologies Corporation to offer the E-Lock range of electronic signature products in the Indian market.

E-Lock offers PKI based desktop and web based electronic signature solutions – Desktop products for common applications like MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat and web solutions for signing forms, online documents or for integration of signatures into custom web applications. E-Lock products make use of Digital Certificates for signing, which can use Digital Certificates issued by SafeScrypt, providing an end-to-end solution for customers. Extensively used in Government organizations across the World, the globally renowned E-Lock range of products have customers across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
